I am a true animal lover, quiet, neat, tidy and respectful. I am available to care for your animals and home whilst you are away. I also have police clearance

I am currently studying dual qualification certificate III animal studies and certificate IV vet nursing

I have previously completed Certificate II in Companion Animal Studies which gives me a solid knowledge of animals and the ability to administer medication. My specialty is rescue dogs.

I have recently started housesitting again full time and have previously housesat for 3 years. I have also had my own home and animals so understand how important it is to have a good housesitter.

Please contact me I am happy to meet with you and discuss requirements for your sit. I love the northern rivers NSW area and south east Queensland. I previously lived here and moved back early this year, I enjoy the outdoors and spending time exploring rainforest and beaches

Lisa has been wonderful! We are reoccurring customers. We have an elderly dog and another rescue dog that was abused and can be weary of people. Lisa is great with both of them. Giving my older one medication and walking, socialising both. It is clear she loves animals. Our dogs are our family so would only leave them in the best of hands. Lisa did a great job looking after our Shar Pei X and Kelpie whilst we were away for 2.5 weeks. Having high energy need dogs Lisa was perfect at getting them out each day for walks and ball play. She sent regular updates and pictures every couple of days along with dealing with a small emergency vet visit for one of our dogs during this time. Our home was clean and tidy upon return and our small herb and veggie garden were in perfect condition. The dogs were happy and relaxed when we got home. Lisa stepped in at short notice when we really needed her. Her profile, if anything, doesnt truly reflect how good she is with dogs. Our fellow was in no time scratching at the door to go on his daily stroll with her. Lisa has been communicative, timely, and friendly to both dog and human. Lisa is a wonderful house sitter. Lisa was always friendly, respectful and reliable whenever we met or had contact via phone or email. I felt very confident leaving my two 'old boys' (cats) with her knowing they would be well looked after & pampered. I used Lisa Smith to house sit. My family and I went overseas for two weeks. She has been an extremely reliable sitter, who was GREAT with our two dogs. She was very open and honest, you knew right away, she loved animals and she is a very nice and caring person. We were extremely comfortable having Lisa in our home and our dogs loved her. We would thoroughly recommend Lisa. I completely trust Lisa with my dogs and home. I would love to have her sit again if possible! Lisa is a terrific house sitter and clearly experienced. She is very low maintenance exercising excellent judgment for any things that might occur unexpectedly. Great with pets, garden and pool care. To Whom it May Concern Lisa Smith house/animal sat for me for seven weeks in a very satisfactory manner. I have dogs, cats, and various birds who all received excellent care and interaction, even to the extent of teaching my birds more actions and words. The dogs and cats were all in very good condition, and one of the cats who had incurable allergies, Lisa cured it - something two different vets could not do. One of my cats is a Bengal, and they are not easy to live with/care for. My house, yard, and gardens were all in excellent condition and very clean. I would absolutely recomend Lisa for any house/animal sit, and if you need a spoken reference please ask Lisa for my phone number and I will verify my recommendation. Lisa looked after my house and my blind dog Tommy for a week when I had to travel to the east coast to look after my father. Tommy is not only blind but has special dietary needs, which if not followed, he will end up with an impacted bowel. He was happy and healthy on my return, which was great. It is obvious that Lisa loves dogs (and animals of all kinds). She took care of the house very well -- although I should point out that I'm not a particularly 'fussy' domestic person, so as long as things are neat and tidy and clean, that's fine with me. I can thoroughly recommend her for looking after special dogs. I would recommend her without hesitation, she cares for your possessions, your house and your pets. I have recommended her to a number of my friends and hope that she will still be available if I need some housesitting done. I am happy to be contacted for a verbal reference as well.
