I am a single adult, recovering from a workplace injury, and am currently working with workcover's re-employment program (within the melbourne and surrounding regions). My hobbies include reading, drawing, making, mending and modifying my clothes and of late, gardening (researching plants and how to care for them, weeding and pruning are all very satisfying), with an interest in learning a (quiet) instrument at some point. I like to keep busy, keep to myself, I don't socialise much if at all at home, preferring to go out with friends or on my own (all of my friends have started families, so socialising is mostly done over the phone or at their homes these days) although I will happily chat to neighbours in passing if they are the chatting types. I enjoy making friends wherever I go. Once settled into a new job, I'm looking forward to studying in my spare time again. I am tidy, conscientious, friendly and quiet, and whilst I have not completed the qualification, I'm halfway through my nursing degree, and have previously volunteered in the cfa, so I have more than the average amount of fire safety and first aid knowledge to call upon. I have no pets of my own, so if there is small to medium animals on the property, and a garden to care for, I'm super interested.
