Hello! We are a young couple who are enjoying travelling around Australia. We're both professionals taking a bit of an overdue year of travel. I'm 28 and have been working in University Communications for the past 5 years. My partner Romeo is 25 and is a qualified cabinetmaker and now an apprentice electrician (very handy around the house!). After many years of study we have sold our house in Victoria, and we're taking a break for the next 6 months to travel in our van.

We got into housesitting as my parents have regularly used Mindahome for our pets and I have chatted with the housesitters who recommended it. So I know how important it is to find someone you trust!

Romeo has grown up in rural Tasmania on a farm and we have both had family dogs our whole life (spaniels, kelpies and golden retrievers). We've been together for 5 years and enjoy a quiet life in rural areas. We love to garden and would be happy to take care of veggie gardens, farm animals and general house maintenance in our time looking after your place.
