Hi, We are a retired Canberra couple, Amanda (56) and Mal (61). Now our children have flown the coop, our dream is to travel this amazing country and combine that with house sitting. We have 9 children between us and 4 grandchildren.

I am a ex nurse and Mal is an ex IT Manager.

We both have a love of animals, meeting new people, camping, 4wding, travelling, being outdoors and discovering new places around Australia - we also now have our own caravan and would appreciate or prefer a housesit with room to accomodate our home on wheels!

We have been housesitting for over 12 months - with sits ranging from 5 days to 6 weeks. We have looked after dogs, cats, chickens, fish and even ferrets! We have also looked after animals with medical needs.

Personally we have owned dogs and cats, fish, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds and interacted with many farm animals throughout our lives.

We enjoy gardens & gardening - both indoors and outdoors and are happy to look after and maintain any gardening requirements you have.

We are house proud, efficient, well organised, polite, and courteous people who have skills ranging from managing a Nutrimetics Business, being a Personal Assistant, Nursing for the Australian Defence Force, Full-Time Mum, and Co-Managing an Air BnB. Mal has experience with Senior Management within Government IT and IT Enterprise level skillset, gardening, managing an Air BnB, Full-Time Dad, retail experience in a Camping Store and much more!

We both have current Driver's Licenses with no loss of demerits or fines and can provide current Police Checks.
