About Us:
We are passionate animal lovers with a lifelong history of caring for pets, including cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, fish, and hamsters. With experience in garden maintenance and basic home repairs, we’re well-equipped to take great care of your pets, home, and garden while you’re away.
As homeowners ourselves in New Zealand (which we currently rent out), we understand the importance of treating your home with the utmost care and respect—just as we would our own.
Who We Are:
We are a kind, friendly, and trustworthy professional couple with a strong work ethic. Together for nine years, we share a love for travel, animals, and new experiences.
After spending two years in New Zealand, we traveled through Central America before returning to Melbourne. We then made a short term move to take up some work in Darwin on government health contracts before coming back to Melbourne.
Amanda is a Kiwi, and Mark is Australian. Having traveled extensively, we’re now looking to pet and house sit in Melbourne while we decide where we’d like to settle permanently.

We have years of experience caring for friends' and family members’ pets and homes, and we now have multiple positive reviews from mind-a-home website. We can provide excellent references, including character and house-sitting recommendations.
We understand how much pets mean to their owners, so we’re happy to provide regular updates if requested. No matter the type of animal, we would be more than happy to look after them with love and care.
Additional Information:
We are both non-smokers who love spending time outdoors, especially going for walks—so it would be a pleasure to take your pets out for exercise.
We both hold full, clean Australian driver's licenses.
Our National Police Checks have been completed and are available for verification.
