Hello Home Owners. Just sold property in Berry NSW, a small country town. Building another home but that will take 12 months. We would love to take care of someone's property with pride and joy just like our own. It's just the two of us and we are very house proud and handy (quite unique for corporate people like us). Police check completed previously as we work in banking and for a builder. We can provide references on how we keep a home as we have sold several homes in the last 10 years. We are non-smokers, have no pets (although we are very good with animals) and strictly believe in a no party policy whether it's your own home or someone else's. We are available from Robertson on the Southern Highlands through to Narooma on the South Coast as I work across this area.
