Active and fit male, non-smoking.
Three adult children and four grandchildren in NZ.
I have been farm & house sitting since September 2020, building a very impressive list of very complimentary reviews with multiple repeat sitting requests.

In that time I have house sat everything from a temperature controlled room full of an extensive collection expensive wines and spirits (no pets) to an Alpacha farm; twice enduring days of lost electricity supply due to severe storms.

For 10 years, up until December 2023, I managed a residential complex of 86 permanent tenancies on the Sunshine Coast. Because of this work, I was subjected to a police check every year. Enviable unsolicited compliments from property owners.
During this time I continued house & farm sitting as it wasn't a requirement to live on site.

Previously owned a 4 hectare property running sheep, cattle, goats, and chickens with family cats for nearly 20 years. Well experienced in pet care and odd jobs around the house as well as farm maintenance.

I can be accused of being 'obsessive compulsive' when it comes to cleanliness. I can't stand dirt on floors and I vacuum all floor surfaces in used areas daily, if needed.
Also, I prefer not to cook inside, using a bbq wherever possible, even on cold nights.

And, don't worry about cleaning before you leave; I'm happy to look after that for you.
