Active and fit male, non-smoking.
Three adult children and four grandchildren in NZ. For 10 years, up until December 23 years I managed a residential complex of 86 permanent tenancies on the Sunshine Coast. Because of this work, I was subjected to a police check every year. Enviable unsolicited compliments from property owners.
Previously owned 4 hectare property running sheep, cattle, goats, and chickens with family cats for nearly 20 years. Well experienced in pet care and odd jobs around the house.
I can be accused of being 'obsessive compulsive' when it comes to cleanliness. I can't stand dirt on floors and I vacuum all floor surfaces in used areas daily, if needed.
Also, I prefer not to cook inside, using a bbq wherever possible, even on cold nights.
And, don't worry about cleaning before you leave; I'm happy to look after that for you.
