Hello and g'day
My name is Inez (born in the Netherlands) and an active senior, well suited to looking after your house or property and pets. Anywhere in the eastern part of Australia.
During my working life, my husband and I were business owners and later owned and managed 12 short term rental apartments. But before that, I was a fashion designer and small manufacturer of swimwear and tennis wear. We have traveled the world for many years.
We have spent the last few years on a lovely 3-acre country property in Alexandra. Complete with cats, dogs, chickens, and the occasional visiting Kangaroo. large gardens to maintain and dependent on rainwater, solar power and septic system.
But now that we have sold the mud-brick house and are apartment dwellers in suburbia I am free to house-sit at any time at all.
I have only one request: Because I am extremely house proud (maybe because of my Dutch upbringing) I prefer a house that is well looked after and clean. I am a non-smoker and I will look after your house and your pets as if they were my own.
I miss my country lifestyle and it would be great to spend some time away from the big smoke, even if only for a little while.
Your property is for sale???? That is no problem. At all!!! I have had to do that many times and successfully.
Police check? OK, I have that.
We could also arrange a Skype or What's app meeting to talk??
I do charge for sitting: some champagne and a tank full of petrol for my car. For longer sits, I am happy to pay a security bond if you wish. I will attach a reference for my last house sit.
