Hi there, my name is Kim, I'm 47 and an agency nurse, which means a lot of flexibility for me regarding the location that I live and the shifts which I accept. I'm studying online, increasing my skills, so I have a lot of free time to be in the home, in fact I plan to take a minimum of shifts for the remainder of 2017 so will be at home most of the time, which would suit any pets who are used to someone being around a lot. The reason that I have chosen to housesit is that I plan to travel to rural and remote settings with my nursing within the next 12 months so have chosen to housesit rather than take on a rental lease.

I'm a bit of a self confessed neat freak, love to keep the house lovely and clean, my thing is plants, I'll happily water and weed and fertilise and yes I've even been caught talking to your green friends. I don't mind mowing either. Adore cats and dogs.

I make it my policy to not have any visitors into your home, I do have 3 grown children living in Brisbane, but I will go out to visit them.

I am a quiet person, sensible and gentle in my outlook, single by choice, spiritual in that I see the positive in all situations as there's always a lesson in there somewhere.

I am available from the end of November 2017
Preferably northern suburbs of Brisbane, but open to any suggestions in Brisbane or Sunshine Coast.

I would prefer a property with wifi internet for my online study, but it is not essential.
