I am a 61 year old male who owns a small accounting practice in Eltham. I own my office building and I rent a 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom house nearby by choice. I have being renting my home now for 6 years. I treat any house I live in as my own home. I treat it with respect and keep it tidy and clean. My working hours are flexible. I can work from the office or home. Up until my divorce 6 years ago I have been a home owner all my life and pets have been part of that most of the time. At home I looked after 3 cats and 1 dog so I'm very pet friendly. Happy to answer any questions to may have. I am a very chilled, fun, non drinker etc. Happy to provide proof of ID etc upon request or face to face meeting.
