Recently separated, pending amicable divorce.
Family home sold in February 2021 for top dollar due to immaculate presentation inside and out.
Non-smoker, no pets, one car which must be garaged.
Very competent handyman with lots of tools.
Very competent in yard maintenance, but not looking to maintain a large block.
Would prefer not to take care of pets, but could possibly adapt, excluding Rottweilers and Pit Bulls and other big units.
Get on famously with all current neighbours.
Experienced in salt-water pool maintenance.
Certainly not remotely a party animal but I do enjoy a white wine. Still have a robust sense of humour notwithstanding life's recent trials and tribulations.
I would need internet access.
In reality I am a fussy s.o.b. of an age and stage which makes me a very reliable person to temporarily entrust your precious home to.
Preferably looking for a long house-sitting tenure whilst I organise land purchase and building of a new house in Brisbane South region.
