I am a 58-year-old Australian academic normally teaching MBA subjects. I work online from home. I'm conscientious by nature and know the value of common sense.
I have transport and am comfortable with technology and will be able to cope with solar systems, alarms, pools, sewage systems and so on. Lawns/garden maintenance is also not a problem.
I have 2 adult children doing post-graduate research at the University of Queensland. I'm an animal lover and have had pets all my life and am happy to take care of yours.
