We are a retired couple but very active . Our daughter lives in Melbourne and had a little boy 17 months ago . We visit every year but prefer our own space . We love animals and have walked miles over the past 6 years with her beautiful Beagalier Herdy and now with the baby also . As she lives in Australia and we like to visit for months at a time it is no longer practical for us to own a pet since we lost our beloved Springer Spaniel 4 years ago . We love all animals without exception .
We thought how wonderful it would be to spend more time over in Australia doing what we love so much and at the same time being able to spend time with the family.
We would be more than willing to face time or Skype to introduce ourselves as we live in the uk
I was trained as a nurse and midwife and we owned a hotel in Torquay for 20 years . We did property development for several years and built several properties . We now rent out several of our own properties . James is a builder and capable of all maintenance work including joinery , electrical ,gardening etc.
We own our own home which we built ourselves and would be willing to house swap also . We only have one daughter who lives in Melbourne with her husband, son and dog .
We travel extensively throughout the uk and Europe and tow a caravan which we own.
References are no problem . We are non smokers and will take excellent care of your pets and property. Read more...
