I am a 34 year old, single, professional who has recently purchased a property, however the current tenant does not move out until January...hence I am now needing to house sit until I can move in. I am quiet, clean, and like to go for walks, cook, or relax on my own on the weekends. I work mostly from home so can keep your pets company during the day. I mostly stay home at night as well. I am responsible, professional adult who mostly enjoys my own company, and going out into nature on the weekends. I have been renting for the last 15 years and have never had a problem with references, bond, or inspections. I work with children and adults with disabilities so have a clear criminal record. I have a lot of experience looking after pets including big and small dogs, rescue dogs with past truama, cats who needed special diets and support in taking oral medication, cats with anxiety, and have helped a dog birth her first litter and helped them latch. I also grew up on a farm and raised chickens, and goats.
I am fully vaccinated against COVID.
