Hello! We are Adele and Daniel, we own a house and big garden and while our roof is being replaced we are seeking somewhere to stay in Melbourne's south-east or Mornington Peninsula (Boonwurrung/Bunurong Country). We are treating this as an opportunity to enjoy a stay somewhere new and spend quality time with your pets while you're away.
We are in our 30s, have both lived in Melbourne all our lives and we love being near the beach (though that's not a requirement!). We like a range of animals. Adele loves dogs, grew up with three friendly ones and everyone in the family has dogs. She is doing part-time study from home so she has plenty of time to care for your pets and she enjoys building trusting bonds with animals. She has some experience with horses and can provide basic horse care such as feeding, grooming and changing paddocks. Daniel is a botanist with a PhD, a keen gardener and is very experienced at looking after plants. He can also look after marine or freshwater aquaria. We'd be happy to send you photo updates during the sit.
As homeowners who have managed sharehouses in the past, we know the feeling of wanting the place cared for and left in good condition, so we are always respectful in other people's homes. We are trustworthy and conscientious and will keep your house clean and your garden thriving.
We are non-smokers and non-drinkers.
We both have Working With Children Checks. We have no kids or pets.
If the opportunity arose, we would love experience looking after birds because we want to adopt parrots.
We are seeking houses with no mould issues (or at least very minimal).
