We are an active bright couple in our early 50s with an easy-going dog. We are travelling in our motorhome/expedition vehicle. We commenced our travels one year after losing our home in the Black Summer Bushfires in regional NSW. We are enjoying exploring this vast country and have met many wonderful people along the way. Our travels have included volunteering at a vineyard for a couple of weeks – picking grapes and socialising with with the friendly community there, house sitting for a lovely couple in Nannup for a month and caring for their adorable Huntaway. Since then we’ve been awed by the Kimberley, Pilbara and Gascoyne regions.

We love animals :) Our dog is an integral part of our lives and travels everywhere with us. He is a Whippet/Kelpie cross, he is clean, gentle, playful and very friendly with other animals and people, and grew up with an older dog. He is very good at moderating his tempo to suit the environment – he loves being a leisure hound but equally loves to go for walks and adventures, play with other dogs and chase ‘round things’ (our secret code name for ‘ball’).

We are good communicators, respectful, responsible, practical, tidy and conscientious. We have lived in urban, rural and regional settings. Over the years we have maintained and restored properties and have a wide range of practical skills including horticultural and agricultural competencies.
