More information about this house sitter

I have always loved all Animals ( I was brought up on a farm).I am a voice for our Animals, to protect them from any forms of Cruelty, I have spent the past 10 odd years, taking in Rescue Cats that have been abused, this was not in my original plans when I started doing this as I was planning to do more Travelling around Australia! But I found out that a near Neighbour was treating her lovely cat very badly! I reported this Woman to the RSPCA 4 times & they did not do anything for the dear Puss. I could not leave knowing that this Cat was living a life which involved Cruelty, so I removed him from her home & he came to live with me! He was also given the name of Ollie, he didn't have a name prior & in the 5 yrs I knew him & the Owner, she had never touched him, except to kick him out of her way. So Ollie put my travelling on hold but I wasn't worried, Animals come first with me, they are so innocent & vulnerable. Word of mouth happened & I was asked to give 3 more Cats that hadn't been physically abused but mentally,so this is what my life has been for the past years. Unfortunately all of these beautiful Pusses had their lives shortened due to their neglect in their lives with the previous Owners. But when I look back at their lives with me, they all learnt about being loved, feeling safe, never hungry & yes very spoilt. My life revolved around them, as each one of them did suffer PTS relating back to their previous lives. Everytime any of these Pusses "ticked a box" I would give them so much praise, honestly I would be so happy for them. I would spend a minimum of 4 hours in between Coffees in the a.m. & weather permitting atleast 2 hours in the afternoon's, in my Garden. My Neighbour would ask " were you as patient with your Son when he was little as you are with the fur babes "? "No far from it" & we would laugh! In
the 10 odd yrs of their lives with me I did not go away at all, they were all very frightened of any other persons, so I didn't think they deserved to have more anxiety placed upon them with me leaving them with strangers. I am extremely passionate re my fur babes, they were very happy, spoilt, bossy & loved so much. The love I received back from them, was enough for me, to " put my travelling on hold" they came first & I felt that was warranted in my case. Sadly my last puss, Leo went to Heaven a few months ago he died knowing he was loved & in my arms, as with the other darlings. Now I feel it is time for doing some travelling, but not having a Animal of any kind in my life just isn't right for me, I love them too much. So if I am able to come to your Homes, care for it & care for your Animals/Pets this is a wonderful way to do it. I am experienced with most Animals, coming off a Farm gives me that advantage. I honestly cannot wait to move from where I am now & have some Dogs, Cats, Horses, Alpacas, Goats whatever, to walk, play games
& spend quality time with them all! PLEASE NOTE,The only reason I have not had a Dog/s in the last 16 yrs is living in a Rental Unit, I am not allowed, by my Landlord. Hence I am Aunty Mia to my Neighbours Dogs & any Dog tied up outside IGA. Prior to living here I have owned 3 German Sheperds!

All I wish for, is to do some travelling & give out my love to other people's Animals while you are away from them, I certainly know about separation anxiety, that any Animal can suffer, when their Parents are away, so I do feel that I can " fill the void" for your fur babes. I am a very happy person when I am surrounded by Animals. I am a friendly, person, love meeting new people, will help anyone in need. I have done a little bit of Dog walking to help out others, when their Owners become unwell for e.g., Your home will be respected & kept very clean & tidy.Any gardening that is required I'm happy to do that, so that's a quick( but long) self assessment of me, I look forward t you contacting me & having a chat., kind regards, Mia. I realise that people may not wish for me to House & Animal Sit as I am just starting out on my new Journey, but I promise you will not regret it. Many years ago I did do Animal & House Care but that was not " live in" it was 2 Visits a day for breakfast & dinner, put bins out, check mail etc. I would leave a daily report for the Owners. To be honest whilst I enjoyed the Animals, I would feel upset for them when I left, I would give them extra time but I still felt so sad for them all , especially Dogs. ON ACCEPTANCE OF A HOME/ANIMAL POSITION I WOULD APPRECIATE MEETING ALL OWNERS & YOUR ANIMALS ATLEAST 1 DAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE, I THINK THIS WOULD VERY BENIFICAL FOR ALL INVOLVED. THANKYOU
