Hello, I am Michael, and this is Skippa, my trusty companion. He is my well trained and reliable mate, always at my side. I am a fit and active fella, seeking house sitting opportunities in NSW. I have a broad range of experience through a lifetime of working in a variety of interesting roles including carpentry, handyman, chicken breeding and management, chook house and garden frame building, establishing and maintaining organic gardens… I live on a small acreage and have experience with chicken husbandry, organic vegetable growing, worm farms, alpacas, sheep, chickens, goats and geese.
Since retiring I am looking for a variety of opportunities that will keep me active and offer travel to other wonderful places in NSW.

I am personable, trustworthy, reliable and dedicated, animal loving and I love a good chin wag now and again.

I have had a variety of house sitting experiences on a part time basis over the last 5 years, including on an apple orchard, community organic farm, suburban cottage for dog sitting and farm stays looking after farm animals.

I am available for light handyman jobs, carpentry, garden maintenance, looking after animals and gardens, and most jobs that come my way.

I will be travelling in my 4 wheel drive ute and slide on camper, so can be independent. I would appreciate the use of power, a shower and toilet. I will have a basic tool set on board. Read more...
