More information about this house sitter

I’d love to house or pet sit as this year I have arranged my work and study to be mostly at home, and have the flexibility to live in different places in and out of Sydney for set periods. I a homeowner myself, with a tenant in my Sydney apartment so I am also saving to be able to travel and live overseas in 2017.

So just a little about myself, I'm a film maker, writer producer who regularly works for NGOs, governments and broadcasters. I either travel for my work or work remotely, so I love to move around when I am working and stay in different places.

As a single female in my 40’s and a homeowner that rents my place often to visitors to Sydney I respecting other people’s homes and the responsibility for good housekeeping. My work is in current affairs, entertainment plus social and environmental documentation.

I’m a non-smoker who is active, regularly doing yoga, running, swimming and other activities. I’m happy to meet you at any time and find out your requirements and preferences for housesitting, before making a commitment. I am available for longer stays of 3 to 6 months. I’m interested in films, and art, and maintain friends and networks around the world.

I’m a post—graduate in Screen Writing and also study Law. I’ve also have a ‘working with children’ police check as well as a NSW Security Officer Licence.

I’ve been a cleaner when I was working through university as well as having worked in hospitality and being a nanny.

While I have been travelling in Australia and overseas I have often been lucky enough to stay in friend’s homes, to look after them while they are away. I happy to provide piece of mind so people can go away and not have to worry about their homes or their pets.

Right throughout my childhood I had dogs, cats and birds so really love being around them and looking after all animals. I’ve looked after friends pets regularly and also do horsemanship training regularly so would love to look after more rural areas and animals.

I have also been a long term house and pet sitter for friends in Sydney as well as their farm in Fiji where I have looked after their cats, dogs and chickens (references upon request). Read more...
