Hello there home owners of the Mid North Coast

We would love to care for your home & pets whether for a few days or a few months while you take that break you have been waiting for.

We are three, Jason, Geraldine, Joshua.
We exercise Christian values, are non-smokers, have no pets are reliable and live very quietly in full consideration of others and their properties. We have no police/criminal convictions and are able to provide a recent Police Clearance on request.
We have extended family residing in the region and have ourselves recently decided to base ourselves here in the Mid North coast after a ten year stint in WA. Our son Joshua is 5 years old and enrolled in a private school here in Coffs, he is well behaved and a considerate boy that has the ability, like ourselves, to love & adapt to all kinds of pets and environments he has been exposed to.

Recently relocated from WA to be closer to family we now intend to buy/build around the Coffs Harbour area in the near future. House minding is providing us with the benefit of experimenting the different areas in & around the region which will help us ultimately make an informed decision as to where we put our own flag in the ground.

It is not our intention to be in your home each and every day over the minding period as we have our own responsibilities through the working hours but as I am self employed in an online business I can be flexible to your requirements to be present in your home for a greater amount of hours should you feel it is needed.

We are flexible to your needs!

We are also happy to sign House Sitting Agreement

- Will maintain your home in a clean, tidy & responsible manner

-Be respectful of your personal spaces and possessions

-Gladly carry out all your pet care needs to the level of expectation you would expect from yourselves

-Can take care of the day to day gardening & plant care needs you may have
