76 year single male. Fond of pets and happy to perform any gardening or maintenance.Non smoker, social drinker. Family man divorced about 3 years ago.
Active member on committee at Black Rock Yacht Club . Lived in Bayside Melbourne most of my life . Currently work as builder specialising in small renovations.
Looking to house sit close to Bayside, within 30 minutes desirable. Size not important, from one bedroom to full size family residence.
Intend house sitting for at least a year to re-establish finances and save money
