Hi, I'm Anne from the UK and my husband, Ian, and I are travelling around Australia for two years in our Troopy. We are both retired, I was a senior nurse in the NHS and Ian worked for Parliament as a commercial director on the refurbishment of the Palace of Westminster. I'm an Australian citizen by decent and I'm keen to see and learn about the country where my parents and brothers were born.

We started our travels in August 2021 in and old Troopy and a caravan but have recently sold the caravan and converted our new Troopy into a fully live-in vehicle which is a very compact space. We hope to spend most of our trip living in it with occasional house sitting to see cities and especially to get our fix of cats and dogs! We have had several pets in the UK and miss having one so house and pet sitting feels a good way to both help other people and enjoy their pets too.
