More Information

I am a professional single female in my mid forties (no kids) who grew up on a farm in Western Victoria, I grew up with animals (sheep, cattle, dogs, cats, chickens and budgies) and have had pets all of my life
(dogs/cats/cockatiels) although have none at present. I recently made the extremely difficult decision to re-house my beautiful black cat Ninja in order for me to be free to go travelling (and not have him locked in a cattery for months).

I am very clean/ tidy, a non smoker, quiet and into healthy living, respectful of people's property and privacy, as well as very reliable with ample character references available on request, as well as a recent police check. I am currently travelling around northern Australia, having a holiday and a look around whilst contemplating where I would like to live and work next. I have travelled over from Bunbury, Western Australia where I have been living for the last seven years, working full time for a community organisation managing environmental projects. My hobbies include bushwalking, kayaking, gardening, art pursuits, bike riding, gardening, nature and cultural events.

I have travelled up to NT in my Mazda 3 Hatch so I do not come with a caravan. I am currently staying with family in Girraween, so when Im not away being a tourist exploring the NT, I can be relied upon to be based at a housesitting location attending to pets, as required.

Photos:
In the main photo thats me at work with a dog that adopted me for the morning during a workshop I was running.
2 fluffy cats ( Chokko and Chino)- my friends' 2 cats in WA that I would feed while I house sat when she went away ( plus fed her 2x horses)
1 blue heeler: Thats Digger one of the 2 dogs that Im living with at the moment, he and I always stop to catch up when I pull up in the driveway ( I open the door and he is in there with his wet nose to find out where I've been!)
1 red kelpie- That's 12 month old 'full of beans' Nura, I house sat for his mum when she would go away and walked Nura 2x day, just before I left WA.

So although I am new to house sitting websites Im not new to house sitting and have been minding people's homes and pets for several years.
