Dear Homeowners,

I am a professional female house sitter, 42 years of age, a non smoker, single and do not have parties

I have house sat many amazing animals and homes over the past 8 years and have glowing references to share with you along with a cleared police check.

I love animals and am happy to be a best friend, play with, pat, dog walk, cuddle, throw ball, brush, talk to... you name it- your pets will be very well loved when you are away.

Why I want to housesit:
I have been house sitting in Australia, Hawaii, Los Angeles, New Zealand and London the past 8 years whilst saving every thing I earn to put back into my recently launched online business. I am eager to offer my professional skills and experience as a very well respected house sitter (globally) and see the world whilst continuing to develop my online luxury organic skin care products.

I work solely from home, so you can be assured your home will be secure and your animals will have lots of TLC and my company while you are away.

What I bring to the assignment / relevant experience:
You can be assured your home will be very well looked after as I am extremely neat and house proud.

My mother use to own a luxury health retreat and B&B in the Gold Coast Hinterland which I helped manage for many years whilst studying natural health and naturopathy. We also had many animals on the 200 acre property so I am very well experienced when it comes to taking care of all kinds of animals. Ranging from 6 English Bull Mastiff's, numerous cats, sheep, goats, chickens, guinea pigs, horses... the list goes on!

I understand the care and time needed to keep a home and gardens in perfect order.

One of my recent house sits was for a private estate (8 bedrooms 7 bathrooms) on the Big Island in Hawaii. I was solely responsible for maintaining the house and ensuring it was kept immaculately for daily house inspections whilst the owner lived overseas I ran the daily operations.

Over the years I have also looked after properties with no animals so I am happy to mind your home if you do not have any pets.

I am more than happy to garden and to do jobs around the house.

I have glowing references from home owners along with a cleared police check.

I would be most grateful for the opportunity to take care of your home and love your best friend/s whilst you are away.

We were thrilled and so relieved when Capi said she could stay once again and look after our animals and house for 4 weeks over December/January. Throughout our trip Capi sent Facebook and email updates with photos of Jasper and Nala looking so happy and blissfully unaware that we were gone. The house and grounds were immaculate on our return and our animals were perfectly content- Jasper is still pining for Capi. We could not have asked for a better house sitter. We met Capi whilst she was living in Hawaii and needed someone to take car of KONA our large labradore whilst we travelled inter island for a 4 weeks. When Kona met Capi we could tell there was an instant bond between them. Capi has a genuine love for animals and is very kind, compassionate and extremely house proud. We returned home to a cleaner house than we left it, with fresh flowers in every room. Above all Kona was so happy with Capi he did not leave her side when we arrived home!
