I am a 57 year old fit guy. I dont smoke and drink very little alcohol. I work out in a gym everyday.

Im a clean freak.

I wont have parties. My daughter is 11 and I am having a small break from my family due to business commitments. She will do the odd sleepover.

I am a property owner and care about improvements and belongings.

I love pets. We have a family Koovoodle (dog). My daughter attends school in Attadale. Our family home is in South Fremantle.

I will take ultimate care & responsibility.

I used to do house sitting in my 20's before becoming a home owner.
