Who am I: I am a retired Army Officer of 25 years experience. I am a single female currently living in Nelson Bay and would prefer housesitting around the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area.
Volunteer work is high on my agenda including SES, Rotary, CARESOUTH (part time foster caring), CANTEEN (children with cancer), WIRES (for injured animals) and playing the piano at the local retirement village .
I am a very meticulous and trustworthy person with all the things I have been left responsible for over the years and I am particularly trustworthy with any child, pet or property. I treat everyone as you deserve the best. With all my volunteer work I have had to have police checks for each volunteer agency. I have also fulfilled many positions involving liason work for overseas dignitaries as an Army Officer. Cooking is a passion so if there was a relative down the road while the owners were away I could also cook a meal to take to them and check that the family member/friend was looked after.
