More information about this house sitter

I am 58 years old. I have 4 grown-ups children and 3 grand-children. I am a French teacher and I live in Perth. I am originally from France but I have been living in Australia for 29 years.
I am fairly new to house sitting but I am well aware of all the responsibilities and all the commitments required. I own a property in France that I rent for short term stay and I expect people to look after my beautiful house, to keep my house secure, of most of all to respect my belongings and to leave the house clean and tidy.
My family loves animals and we've had few pets but unfortunately not at the moment because our last dog, a beautiful sweet pure Maltese called Boy died at 12 years of age about 6 months ago.
I am well aware that taking on an assignment to sit a house and to look after a pet requires also commitment to take care of the animal, in the same way that the animal is used to.
I also love my plants and I know how much of a pain it can be to find someone to look after them when we travel. So I am more than happy to look after indoors plant or a garden.
My daughter moved to Canberra last year to do her Master’s Degree and I am going to Canberra regularly to visit her.
