HOUSE SITTERS/FARM SITTERS. We are a couple with numerous skills after several different career changes in life including owning businesses.
CARAVAN OWNERS SO INDEPENDENT AND NOT REQUIRING TO USE YOUR LIVING AREAS UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY NEED US TO LIVE IN YOUR HOME. We are a married couple of (45) years, now both VERY FIT AND HEALTHY(64 Years Young). We have recently sold our home and have purchased a caravan until we re-enter the housing market. Love pets and gardening and are very house proud persons. The male side of the partnership is ex-Air Force Police dog handler and ex-paramedic. I am almost retired as a Workplace Health and Safety Manager. My wife has been in retail for the past 30 years while raising our three children, and she has been a very hands-on grandmother in the past 22 years since we became grandparents for the first time and now have ten adored grandchildren. Our passions are, gardening, very animal focused. Skilled at most outdoor maintenance activities and are super fussy about maintaining a clean and organised home. The main point, requesting access to live from our 24-foot caravan, requiring power and water, access to a toilet as we intend (negotiation) to live in the caravan while staying at your property.

HOUSE SITTING EXPERIENCE
Gympie Region 2 Months, Brupengary East 6 Months

We always look after our adult children's homes and maintain the pool and gardens and pet sitting (dogs, cats, birds, chooks and fish) to save them the costly boarding kennel and pool maintenance costs.

We have just completed a 6 week housesit at a 22 acre beautiful property at Gympie which a glowing reference can be given on request when you need. This property maintenance included weekly mowing of extensive acres of beautiful park like grass around the home. Garden maintenance involving both rose gardens and many potted plants to be cared for and weekly whipper snipping .

There was fencing contractors to liase with while old was being replaced by new fencing around the cattle yards to ensure the cattle were kept contained.

We kept the owners updated via texts and calls throughout to update them on their beautiful property including rain updates for tank water .The mail was collected daily and dump run done to the local dump when required.

The owners have already told us of their satisfaction of a job well done and that they feel that their property could not have been left in better hands. Read more...
