Late 30's professional, newly relocated to Brisbane from New Zealand for work.

I have owned my own home in New Zealand for the last 15 years.

I work in South Brisbane, so looking for house sits that are close to railway stations, or other public transport.

I can do some household maintenance (tap washer replacement, mowing lawns, painting, replacing door handles etc) and am handy with a screw and drill.

Love getting out and about and exploring the great outdoors. Have travelled from the top to the bottom of New Zealand, and looking forward to exploring Australia.

Happy to look after pets including cats and/or dogs. I have had a wide variety of pets from rabbits to birds, so fairly comfortable with animal husbandry and making sure the furry ones get lots of smooches and cuddles.

I am looking for a house sit as:

1) furniture from NZ is around 3 - 4 months away as it is getting shipped over; and

2) house-sitting offers as a base from which I can look around at long term housing options and to also experience different suburbs around Brisbane.
