NON-SMOKERS & SOCIAL DRINKERS .WE HAVE BEEN HOUSESITTING FOR THE PREVIOUS 3 YEARS & AS WE HAVE 2 GRANDCHILDREN ON THE SUNSHINE COAST WE PREFER TO BE CLOSE.CURRENTLY WE SPEND 6 SUMMER MONTHS IN N.Z. & 6 MONTHS IN AUST. WE Are currently in NZ & return to Aust.in April 2017. We have excellent references & love dogs & cats.
