Single male 45 years of age. I am a non smoker and take no drugs. I have a licence therefore able to get to your house easily. I am a Dad of 2 grown children although we do not see much of each other. Having been a tenant for many years I have learned how to look after other people properties. If necessary I am able to provide references both professional and personal. I live a quiet lifestyle and enjoy my own company. To be able to look after your homes while you enjoy your time away will be my privelege.
