More information about this house sitter
We are a retired ex-professional couple looking to spend time out of Melbourne during the winter. Our recent travels have included a driving trip (2017) up through outback NSW and QLD and back down the east coast from Cooktown and a round the world trip (2018). In 2019 we travelled to the Sunshine Coast for 10 weeks. In 2021, we managed to get 9 weeks in QLD and travelled up as far as Trinity Beach. In both 2022 and 2023, we travelled to QLD for 10 weeks, spending most of the time on the Sunshine Coast.
Before we retired we lived on a 1 hectare property 45 kms north of Melbourne and now live in an apartment in Port Melbourne.
We plan to spend as much time as possible in northern NSW and/or QLD during the VIC winters.
We are non-smoking and enjoy travelling, movies, eating out, sports. Maree enjoys gardening, cooking and cycling
Until recent years we have always had dogs as pets, but over the years we have also had cats and fish as pets when the children were growing up.
