53 year old self employed male with property maintenance business . 28 years experience maintaining large properties on the Mornington Peninsula . Experienced with pets and animals of all types having worked on many hobby farms . Written and phone references . Joined this company as I like to rent my beach house in Blairgowrie on AirB&B so this gives me somewhere to live and sometimes work during that time . Reliable non- smoking virtually non drinking single male. Fitness enthusiast who enjoys walking and jogging . I live on the Peninsula because I enjoy the surfing and beach lifestyle and because I do a lot of work up in Red Hill where I have a lot of clients . I’ve included some photos in my profile of maintenance work I’ve been doing on houses in Melbourne and on the Peninsula. I’ve also volunteered a number of times at animal rescue centres as I have a love of animals . Rocklillywombat in the Southern blue mountains .
