I am, 57 year old single male , business owner, very quiet, I am a welder, a yachty, and a private pilot, I grew up in the western suburbs of Perth ( City Beach area), I do not have pets, I do not entertain, I usually study aviation at night , I am willing to house sit most areas, short or long term, I do have a police clearance, non smoker, occasionally a couple of drinks, I am willing to look after any pets, maintain all gardens , and mow lawns, rdgs Paul
