Hello and lovely to make your acquaintance!
We are Laura and Pierre, a well-mannered, animal loving couple in our 30’s looking for pet-sitting opportunities around Melbourne. Both together and independently we have years of experience looking after various furry little loves, both cats and dogs.

I (Laura) am a Melbourne local who grew up on the semi-rural end of town, and have never been far from a cheeky paw, claw or beak. Cats, dogs, lizards, horses, rabbits, chickens… My family and I have tended to and cared for many animals throughout my life. I am currently mother to one darling feline Ori, who is currently living with my parents in rural Victoria while Pierre and I move through Melbourne for work (I miss her dearly). I have worked in the digital/creative industry for the past 10 years, recently finishing up from a 5 year full-time studio role as a motion designer and looking to transition back into a freelance / working from home model for the near future.

Pierre is from the beautiful southwest coast of France. He works as an esteemed senior hairstylist for Mishka&Co hair salon in Brighton, and has lived as an East-side local for the past 10 years. Pierre has spent the last 3 of those years residing as a stay-at-home companion under the Uniting AgeWell program, sharing space with a lovely centenarian and her elderly cat Gigi. He has also been a trusted pet-sitter for a few clients.

Together, Pierre and I both value cleanliness, care, clear communication, transparency and safety, and are happy to tend to general household maintenance and any gardening as well. We are accustomed to dealing with animals of many temperaments, and respect their individual needs for love and care, along with space and boundaries. We are currently in a 2 month pet/house-sitting position for the gorgeous little Ollie who you can see in our album.

We have a car and will need access to a parking spot.
Public transport within walking distance would be ideal.
