More information about this house sitter

We are a young family our 30s living and working full time in South Australia. I (Joanne) am a 38 year old Occupational Therapist who manages my own private practice working with people who live with a disability. My partner Khoa is a 34 year old Business analysis working for a major bank in the city. I work from home 2 days a week and Khoa 3 days a week. Mae is our beautiful 14 month old daughter. We currently live in Prospect, are non-smokers, non drinkers and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

We are both very neat, tidy and clean people and would care for your home, garden and pets as our own. Our daughter is supervised all the time and thus we have no concerns about her damaging property etc. We have no pets that would come with us. We would describe ourselves as both kind, generous and loving people who are both entrepreneurial with a sense for adventure and fun.

We are new to house sitting and have been inspired by a friend as a good way of getting to experience living in new areas and for our daughter to enjoy the experience of living with different pets. Joanne grew up in Gawler, SA and Khoa in Vietnam and Grange. We both love to travel within Australia and overseas, having both lived overseas at different times in our lives and Joanne spending a year volunteering in Fiji for 12 months.

As a child Joanne had a range of pets including dogs, cows, sheep, fish, cats, chicken, ducks, rabbits and turtles. We regularly care for my parent’s Miniature Schnauzer, chicken and and frog. We are well experienced in caring for pets and small gardens. For anything slightly larger I can ask my brother to help us as he owns gardening business.
