About Us

Jade is a History teacher from Cambridge, England and is an animal lover, particularly dogs! Being a teacher, Jade is responsible and punctual, and can control situations easily. Jade has an interest in hobby gardens, and looks forward to one day having her own garden to tend.

Alex is a mechanical engineer from Brisbane, and is handy to have around the house and yard. Also pet friendly, Alex enjoys a wide range of animals from dogs, birds, and reptiles!

We are a relaxed, easy-going couple, with a love of travel and a love of life. We are not big partiers, rather enjoying the company of good friends and a drink in a cosy English pub. We enjoy cooking, but also love to explore the local area for walking routes, and hidden local businesses to live like a local.

Both Jade and Alex are pet friendly, both having had pets from a young age. We both enjoy running, cycling, or hiking to keep active and welcome dogs to join!

Why We Want to House Sit

We would like to house sit around the Sydney area to get a feel for each district and save for our first home. As we both enjoy travelling, having the chance to explore a new area while having the opportunity to live like a local is amazing.

Our Experience

We don't have much house sitting experience other than for family. We have rented our own place in the UK for a couple of years and hand tended to the yard and garden maintenance for family and friends. We have also used in which we would treat the properties as if they were our own. We take pride in where we live and treat it with care and respect.

We are very clean people and you will be very pleased coming home to a nice clean house.
