I'm a 39 year old male, looking for a getaway. I own my own house but just looking for a retreat . I can work remotely . I keep a very tidy house and really enjoy lawn and garden care , mowing , hosing etc to ensure a lush green yard . Am very house proud , I don't like mess , I never ever party , just wish for a quiet getaway while also helping somebody out . Long term stay preferable, can get to shops etc with no problem, would introduce myself to the neighbours who would never hear from me . Have no problem with interaction , am very polite and dress well , always well groomed and always present myself nicely . Non smokers who enjoys reading , gardening , online chess and an avid writer . Very trustworthy , owners would not need worry about their property and would always be available to contact if there were further instruction. Don't watch TV I like to read and write for enjoyment . I have great feedback on AirBnb I can screenshot as references of real life and how I leave each place spotless.
