Early 40's professional female.
Based in Singleton, I home-sit in the Newcastle and coastal area for a little break and to be closer to my school and the beach.
I am studying full time.
Study is home based so I am typically at home the majority of the day.
I tick all the standard boxes;
* Non-smoker/ drinker. Very boring Im typically in bed early :-)
* House Proud /Garden Maintenance/Plant Watering- very tidy and love a bit of gardening time. House will probably be cleaner when you get home :-)
* Pet Care - love all animals * Walk / jog most days.
* Security Conscious - lock up - always.
* References Available verbal so far am working on getting them written as well.
* Respect for your property and privacy.

I welcome an interview to put your mind at ease.

As a home owner you have many options to sit your home and Im sure 99% of people you would be happy with.
I do not claim to be better than others, but I can assure you that you will not be worried while you are away or be disappointed on your return.
I reside in the Hunter and enjoy house sitting breaks as a mini holiday. I have my normal home to return to I just enjoy a beachside break wherever possible.

I am really hoping to find something around Newcastle to Central coast area (ideally near the beach) for minimum 2 week periods throughout all 2017.
