More information about this house sitter

I'm a single 58 year old and am currently studying for my PhD in education. I live in Bendigo, in regional Victoria. I've joined this site as I'm tied to my laptop most of the time these days, and would like a change of scenery here and there. I especially love the beach, given I live inland, but also love lakes, rivers, or any other type of water.

I am fond of cats. My own cat, Cyber, died in 2019 at the grand old age of 18. I am not thinking of getting another just yet, and find myself patting other people's cats that bit more. I would love to take care of your cat(s) for you while you are away.

I spend around 6 hours each day typing up my thesis (as I'm on the home stretch!) so apart from popping out to explore shops or scenery nearby, I'd be home with your pet(s) much of the time. I'm a home-body and would treat yours respectfully.
I kept my VIT (teaching) registration, so have a criminal record check.
