We are an honest, extremely house proud, energetic, non smoking 55 plus couple who travelled and house sat in the UK/Europe following the sale of our Onsite Property Management Business.
We are an experienced Property Management team and were hands on gardeners /cleaners/pool maintenance and general handymen of our 63 Unit complex.
Following our time in the UK/Europe we were asked to take over the management of a motel/backpackers complex in Lake Tekapo NZ for 8 months. We then headed back to the Sunshine Coast for 5 weeks as relief managers at Edgewater Apartments.
We own and manage our own investment properties so understand the importance of a home being well looked after.
We are animal lovers and our last pet “Forrest”a standard schnauzer was with us for 15 years. We also had a Persian cat called “Smudge” who is sadly no longer with us either.
As we still want to do some travelling we decided having our own pet would be unfair. Having time with and loving your pet if you have one will help fill the void!
Our aim is for you to enjoy your time away knowing that your home and pets will be loved and safely cared for.
