Hi I am looking for someone to stay at my house while I am sorting out family business for 1 week in July. My flatmate lives separately down stairs (has his own kitchen and bathroom) so you probably won't see him.

I have an active female kelpie dog who likes 2 walks a day..one in morning then another in the evening. She has no road sense so needs to stay on lead when near roads. She can have a run on the beach at night off the lead. She also needs to be fed 2 times a day, the food will be prepared to just put it in the bowl. She is a good natured dog and easy going.

My house is 2 blocks back from the beach at Redcliffe (Suttons Beach) so is a lovely spot to have time out. The house is 2 storey, it's the upper storey. It's an old house that's been modernised..it is comfortable, breezy and has internet and TV.

The spare room has 2 single beds so suitable for a single person unless you are happy to squish in a couple is fine.
I'm away from July x - July x TBC.

There is a garage so your car can be locked up safely at night.

The area is lovely, lots of nice places to eat and plenty of places to go to the beach for a BBQ, exercise in the morning, break on the beach, and a tapas bar a few mins away.
