Hello! We are Sarah: 36 years old, Brazilian, and Victor: 41 years old, Colombian. I, Sarah, work as a translator, and he is a university professor (he is a Physicist). We were living in Colombia until June 2018, where he is a lecturer. Currently, we are in Australia, where Victor is taking a course until March 2019. We have a pretty calm lifestyle: we enjoy a lot going to the movies, watching series at home, having picnics and reading.
We are looking for a family home to take care of (pet sitting, cleaning, gardening). Our first sitting was a beautiful family of Scottish Terriers. The second one was Ragnar, a sweet and lovely 9-year-old Labrottie puppy. The next sitting was caring for Molly, a Cavalier, Kitty, a Persian cat, and a goldfish. After that, we sat for two lovely Australian Bulldogs, Stella and Milo (all through Trusted Housesitters). We are non-smokers!
I can provide you with references from the home owners of the previous sittings, they allowed us to give you their mobile number. We also have Australian Police Checks.
I have had mostly cats throughout all my life while single. I can't record a moment in my life where there wasn't a pet at my mother's home (My mother mostly rescues pets, young or old). I have dealt with every kind of pet personality, from the most skittish to the tamest.
My husband has a beautiful history of taking care of a dog named Tofu, in a house he lived while taking his PhD in Brazil. Tofu lived in the house among the students. When Victor arrived, he noticed that Tofu didn't take walks and he started to walk the dog and to give him proper attention. Tofu became enchanted with him and deeply thankful.
