Hello! I (Jackie) am a non-smoker with a full time professional job. I am 100% reliable, trustworthy and capable, having owned my own home for the last 15 years. I have embarked on major renovations and see this as an opportunity to get to know different areas of Sydney and NSW and enjoy the company of pets. My last pup, Opal - a silkie cross adopted from Monika's Rescue - lived to 15. I have owned and cared for 3 dogs with various complicated health needs and, being very active, love walking with them. I have also adopted cats and had goldfish over the years.
Paora is also an animal loving, responsible and mature woman currently completing a PHD. She is home mainly working on her thesis. She has owned a farm so has plenty of experience with all kinds of animals, gardens and all aspects of property maintenance.
HOUSE SITTING EXPERIENCE
I have been housesitting all over Sydney since 10 April 2019 (many of these have been arranged via housesitting sites). The owners of these homes are always grateful that we leave their homes so clean and keep in touch with photos of their pets.

PET CARE EXPERIENCE
Dogs
Owned and cared for 7 rescue dogs, most until old age, some with complicated health needs like epilepsy and a mast cell tumour which led to an amputated leg. I am very active and really enjoy walking dogs.
As mentioned above, we also have farm animal and property experience.
Cats
I rescued a cat (Baxter) from my daughter's childcare centre 20 years ago and immediately took him to the vet for health checks and vaccinations. We kept Baxter - a very nervous cat - until he passed away, peacefully in our backyard.
