Hi there, My name is Sue and my partner's name is Peter. We are experienced at hosting and caring for houses, animals and gardens. In Australia I work as a health professional in hospitals and the community, Peter works in hospitality. For the past two years we have been hosting two properties in Greece (ours and a friends). We aim to stay in Australia for about 8 - 9 months before heading back to Greece next year. Peter and I have both grown up with and owned dogs and cats. We do volunteer work with the animal Welfare Shelter on our island. I have owned several houses and when i travel have rented them out so we understand how important it is to find the right person to look after and care for your property and animals. We have a vegetable patch on the island so have plenty of gardening experience. We are both youthful in outlook, careful, reliable and considerate and appreciate a nice home. In the past we have rented in Melbourne and have always left the property in better shape than when the keys were handed to us and always have had our full bond returned. We would prefer a longer term assignment and will be available from end April 2018 until Sept 2018. We have just taken over a lease break in Melbourne but are happy to consider house sitting around Melbourne city from January to April 2018. I have a clean driving license but we do not have a car so the house would need to be in walking distance of shops and transport. We can provide references and we have had many reviews about our hosting and will provide you with a link for you to read them. Police check can be provided.
