Hi, we are Martin and Jane. We are in our early fifties and looking forward to retirement!
We are fit and active and keen to become regular house-sitters in the future. Currently, we both work in the education system: Jane as a special education teacher and Martin as a Deputy Principal. At present we are able to house/pet-sit during school holidays.
We both hold Blue-card equivalents through our teacher registration and have current Police checks. We are non-smokers, non-drug users, and occasional drinkers. We have five grown-up children and two dogs (Border Collie and Bull Terrier). We have our own house and are competent in maintenance and gardening.
We are honest, responsible, respectful, and happily follow instructions to ensure a happy experience for all. We have experience with cats, birds, and dogs including the anxious pets.
We are great communicators and enjoy sending pictures and messages while you are away to demonstrate what a good job we are doing :)
