Hi! My name is Kate and thank you so much for taking the time to view my Mindahome profile!
About me:
I am 24 years old and am a passionate and experienced house/pet-sitter! Those who have had me pet and house sit for them in the past describe me as extremely reliable, honest, responsible and talented in providing high quality love and care to both their pets/animals as well their homes. This can be seen in my reviews :)
I love taking dogs for walks in all environments, watching some good movies with the family cat/s, cleaning the chicken coup and sourcing their eggs and providing love and top quality care to all other types of animals!
Due to the responsibilities involved in being an Assistant OSHC Director, I have well developed skills in maintaining extremely hygienic environments as well as being “on the ball” at all times to track 30+ children at once!
I charge a small fee of $5 per night and can provide multiple referee checks, these being the lovely families who have hired me through Mindahome (all having already re-booked me to house/pet sit again).
Due to my field of study/work (Bachelor of Primary Ed/Spec Ed/Disability Sttdies) I have all my police screening checks as well as my Senior First Aid etc.
Since signing up to Mindahome in early December 2020, I have had the pleasure of of pet sitting:
* 1 Mcaw and 2 Rosellas
* 2 Labradors, 7 chickens and 3 cats
* 1 German Shepard and 1 Frug
* 2 Tabby kitties
* 1 lizard, 2 Siamese cats, 10 chickens and 15 fish
* 2 border collies
I have my own transport and am a non-smoker. I am extremely respectful of the house owners property, providing full cleaning services prior to finishing my job 😊
In my spare time I am a passionate dancer and love the great outdoors (kayaking, snorkeling and exploring).
