I’m a 62 year-old writer, and former postie, currently in-between permanent addresses and travelling escapades, and keen to look after your home & pets.
I have previously house-kept for friends and family (which also involved caring for cats, dogs and birds), and since recently joining Mindahome for flat and home owners like yourself. I am happy to provide them as reference contacts.
Childhood years on a farm, followed by rural and capital city living has me appreciative of all environments.
I’m calm-natured, non-smoking, reliable, flexible, honest and adaptable, and believe communication to be important, particularly in arrangements like house-sitting.
I enjoy cycling and walking and most things in life - including animals.
I also have a travel blog/website that I’m in the process of updating so house-minding fits in perfectly with that activity.
While my preference is for sitting in Melbourne, or 100k radius, at present (mainly for temporary employment opportunities), I am willing to consider other locations, including interstate, especially if it has a good writing environment:)
