Hi I am a fit, healthy 70 plus retiree.
I am a reliable, honest and caring type. Over the years I have done some house sitting.
Which has involved the care of homes, surrounding lawns, gardens and pools.
And in one case running a vending business whilst the principal was in the USA.
Being an animal lover I have had the pleasure of looking after a variety of animals. Dogs , cats, horses, goldfish etc. Character and house sitting references available.
Basically I am a stay at home type, my main interests are studying mandarin, reading, walking and cycling.

I was for over five years a Homestay parent for International students at Nudgee College,Brisbane.
This required me to hold a Blue Card which required a police clearance.
I also worked on Armored cars ,ATM services and in covert cash in transit positions ,which required me to carry a firearm in public.
Obviously police clearance was necessary for the appropriate weapons licences

My working life has been mainly in the fields of
Pre Hospital Emergency Care:
NSW Intensive Care Paramedic.
Trained at St Vincents and Royal North Shore Hospitals
Sydney. NSW
