I am a very fit 76-year-old man with 30 years of police experience. I have degrees in accounting and business, and have 6 Chief Commissioner Commendations. I am a life member of the Templestowe Football Club. I have previously 'house minded' for extensive periods with the owners happy to provide 100% references. I was a licensed Investigator and Security Consultant which requires the highest level of federal security. I am farm and animal-friendly, including all farm and maintenance equipment. Have had rescue animals, I am a garden enthusiast, my previous residence was part of the garden walk in the Yarra Valley for 2 years running, which also boasted a 125,000-litre pool.
Previous 100% house sitter. Meticulously clean. No visitors Lived on 20 acres with dogs, cats, horses, steers, goats, deer, and a pet goanna!
